The country’s first national green real estate company is the current next step in promoting green living. This company already exists. It is Green Key Real Estate and is based out of California. They offer residential and commercial buildings for sale that have already incorporated many green standards, they encourage buyers with green incentives and ten percent of their gross commissions go toward greening the homes that they sell.
