Green Building Element’s Weekend Wrap Up: A Sustainable Future?

The weekend is here again. The biggest news this week in Green building and Energy news is the denunciation of the PACE Program by the Federal Housing Finance Agency. There has been a lot of backlash against Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae’s new policy against PACE Program where a state and a town in New York is battling it out in court. We shall see how all this plays out in the coming weeks and months. This can mean a big change for the Energy stimulus bill adopted by the Obama administration and also how it effects homeowners committed to sustainable lifestyle.
