		<description>I&#039;m somewhat surprised this article doesn&#039;t mention One Bryant Park, the Bank of America building, which is actually the first Platinum LEED certified building in NYC.  Nothing exemplifies the public/private NYC commitment to green building practices like going for Platinum certification!
