		<description>Great article with a lot of good points, especially #8 about urban development with respect for the environment  I personally would probably add a #11 &quot;Expand the public transportation network&quot; to the list. But then again, there are so many important things to do for communities and individuals alike, that composing a Top10 is hard work anyway...</description>
