Beware the oncoming recession/depression and the cheaper oily starchy foods kids will eat to survive! It is a good time now to rip up your lawn and plant it to veggies! A good greenhouse and a few years developing greenhouse skills will be good preparation for the rising costs of anything requiring transport to market! A life-style paradigm shift and some drastic societal value changes are soon to make us all see things in a different light! We are headed for an Eurpoeanization, with the "Big Three" Auto makers going down our cars are about to shrink to Asian and European standards and our diets will slide away from "healthy" to "affordable". By the end of the financial and power crises we will be a changed people with a changed diet!
