Home Wind Turbine Video survives and thrives in the winter of 2010. Creating lots of power during this harsh winter, storms like Snowmageddon, Snowacaine, Etc that were record setting winter storms, the ststems don't even ice up. They sit atop the homeowner's roof making free green electricity. I think if you look at the videos of the WindEnergy7.com system where it's cranking out power in a really bad wind storm, you'll see how it might compare to this plastic turbine in the article here. After you see that wind storm video at WindEnergy7.com

Home wind turbines from WindEnergy7 LLC are great, they just do the job. I am really glad that I have the new HO 4.2kW system on my roof. It did really well all winter and everyone here is impressed with the system. I posted some pictures at Wind Power Forums and there's some Home Wind Turbine Installer here that show my system running.

Hi,
I think rooftop wind turbines are a great way to charge batteries and offset your energy dependence. I think they need to be installed by an electrician and on the right roof using the righ equipment. I have designed a rooftop unit that works like a roof vent. It is not a roof vent though because it has been modified to work as a wind turbine. I hope everyone will consider using wind turbines to help reduce our energy dependence. Please come by and take a look at my design. http://rooftopwind.biz

Good luck and be safe!

This is not the first or the best rooftop wind turbine in the US. The rooftop wind turbines at WindEnergy7 are home, rooftop sized designs of Utility Scale Wind Power. You see, there is decades of design, testing, and engineering behind the three bladed wind turbine designs that are used in large scale wind farms. Since the 30% Small Wind Turbine Tax Credit was passed into law, rooftop systems are selling like hotcakes.
The rooftop wind system at WindEnergy7 follows proven technical knowledge of wind power. Besides, their turbines stainless steel parts will last far longer than other plastic designs they compete with, tested to witstand up to 134mph wind! Have a look at a real durable turbine here.. rooftop turbine

WindEnergy7.com now has customer/dealers in almost 50 different counties across the US. If you are interested in home wind power, have a look at those links here on Pickens Plan.
