Hello all,

Remember that 60% of all the households in the U.S. are comprised of just one or two people. The 'Ozzie & Harriet' household is less than 25% of all U.S. households.. But most new single family development does not fit the needs of these smaller households. Thus, our communities of 1, 2, or 3 bedroom homes - all less than 1500 SF DOES meet these needs, in a beautiful, architecturally significant, sustainable, energy efficient and environmentally sensitive way that also works to create real human-scale communities. Come visit our 'for sale' or under construction communities. www.cottagecompany.com
