This is definitely an issue seen by a lot of our clients, especially when they want to build closer to or actually in suburbs. We try to work with our clients but it's something that needs to be looked at when buying property rather than later when you decide to build smaller.

I've spent time this morning trying to find out how much kw it takes to run a house. It's a simple question that I can not find online. Also, how much wind does it take (ave mpr) and how long will systems store power before you begin to pay the power company. You have tons of info but nothing for the home owner who is looking to put a little wind generator up for personal use. If you can help I certainly would enjoy learning and maybe buying.
Thanks

As large cities like Chicago start leading by example others will follow. So hopefully many cities such as Kuna will step up and show an example that a smaller home means a smaller carbon footprint.
