		<description>Well done on going double platinum!  It would have been great if they had been able to put on a green roof.  That would have improved the heating and cooling efficiency and reduced storm water runoff. 

I read a lot about green building topics and found good green roof data at http://www.cleanerairforcities.blogspot.com
