Thanks for the clarification, Mr. Prestley. There's definitely nothing wrong with someone from Kohler adding the company's two cents -- officially or unofficially. Since your feedback seems like it's not an "official" reply actually shows better on Kohler that its employees are sticking up for the company.

I was just seeking transparency in the effort.
Take care,
Mike

I am a Kohler company employee, not a spokesman. The link is to the water conservation part of the Kohler website. At the recent International Builder's Show, Kohler showcased the company's water-conserving products, the most in the industry. Low-flow showerheads and handshowers and 1.28 gallon per flush toilets and totally waterless urinals.

BTW the photo in the original article is the Kohler BodySpa. It is basically an upright whirlpool where the same water is pumped through the body sprays over and over, yes it uses more water than a traditional shower, but not much more than a whirlpool bath.

From a transparency viewpoint, it'd be nice if Mr. Prestly would've stated as part of his comments if he is represening Kohler or if he isn't. (Just asking because his URL link takes visitors to Kohler.)

I am surprised that Kohler was your example. Kohler is very green and getting moreso everyday. From water conservation to recycling scrap iron into bathtubs, to encouraging employees to turn off lights, Kohler is a leader.
