The fact that a building can be considered &quot;green&quot; just on what goes into it without considering  the cost to upkeep and the lasting ability for future climate and useage population is short-sighted thinking.  I believe Brad Pitt has his heart in the right place, but his money (and charitable contributions) may be better served by investing in research for what the future holds and the needs of the building in this climate and the population, not just immediate concerns.  I am sure Mr. Pitt is relying on &quot;experts&quot; who are trying to take advantage of timing, rather than relying on experts who have no interest whatsoever in anything but doing a high-quality, long-lasting, effective, and efficient product.</description>
