		<description>I used to work at a building that was designed to be extra green.  Not sure whether it was net zero, but they used many green building techniques.  They even had electric hookups for cars.  They won a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in August 2005 It&#039;s the Fannie Mae building in Urbana, MD.
